Geoffrey Adaire
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
Geoff is a 40-year veteran in commercial real estate, specializing in asset management, property management and leasing, tenant representation, and development. He has managed large, institutionally-owned office properties, structured complex ownership and lease holdings, led high-level client relationship management efforts, and co-founded two companies.
In 2023, Geoff took over the management of Triantan CCC (TCCC), the firm’s first acquisition. TCCC is a full-service company located in suburban Chicago, focusing on cybersecurity, data backup (BCDR), and cloud-based security and software solutions.

Alexander Adaire
Director
Alec is a director at Triantan Ventures LLC, responsible for financial modeling and market research, supporting all aspects of the acquisition, underwriting, and project management process, as well as supporting the firm’s investor and client management efforts. In addition to his work with Triantan Ventures LLC, Alec is the Network Operations Center Manager of the Firm’s full-service IT company, Triantan CCC. At TCCC, he manages the activities of all the company’s IT engineers heads all Client Services efforts and works with Accounting to generate monthly financial reports.
